He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Kubala and Bonnie Hollingsworth (Rex); his daughter Gianna Siraco Kubala; and his siblings, Dale Kubala, Jodi Sheffield and April Lathem. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
