He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Chlebowski and Mary Chlebowski; his wife Dolores; and his siblings, Harry Chlebowski, Bob Chlebowski and Eleanor Kurowski.
He is survived by: his son Mark Clayton of Jasper; his daughter-in-law Cindy Clayton of Jasper; his son Chris Clayton of Roswell; his daughter-in-law Maureen Clayton of Roswell; his son David Clayton of Birmingham, AL; his daughter-in-law Ann Clayton of Birmingham, AL; his siblings, Jerry Chlebowski of Madison, WI and Carol Miller of Green Bay, WI; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Ben, Brad, Alex, Matthew and Luke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests friends consider a donation to YMCA Camp High Harbor Allatoona in memory of Donald Clayton.
