He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bivens of Jasper; his children, Donald Eko Fuhri of Seattle, WA, Jason Andrew Bivens of Canton and Jennifer Bivens Martin of Jasper; his sisters, Alicia Diane Hill of Ball Ground and Kim Gray of Ball Ground; and his grandchildren, Jason Andrew Bivens II, Zoe Martin, Kayla Bivens, Kelsey Bivens, Josie Fuhri and Bridgett Fuhri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
