She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lee Warren Jr. of Jasper, Angie (Phil Alexander) and Candia (Harold Foust); and her grandchildren, Kellie Alexander, Brittany Alexander, Lee Jordan, Alisha Smith and Danielle Miller. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
