He is survived by: his wife Linda Phaby; his sons, James Phaby (Jayne) of Camano Island, WA, Neil Phaby (Michelle) of Garden Valley, CA and Leon Phaby of Garden Valley, CA; and his brother Michael Eales (Sherry) of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
