She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hales and Lilly Hales; her husband Donald Hammontree; her son Danny Hammontree; and her siblings, Quillon Hales, Dub Hales, Jean Brackett, Bon Cagle and Eaver Chadwick.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Roger Weldy of Jasper; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Shane Duncan of Jasper, Mandy, Nick Stewart of Jasper, Scotty and Tonya Hammontree of Jasper; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Roberts, Piper Duncan, Jack Jarrett, Willow Duncan, Lily Hammontree, Danny Hammontree and Turner Stewart. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Due to COVID19, facial coverings and social distancing is required during visitation and at the church.
