He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Jenkins. He is survived by: his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Jo Ann Jenkins of Woodstock, GA; his daughter Deborah; his son-in-law Ray Rex of Lemont, IL; and his granddaughters, Morgan and Audrey Rex.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Big Canoe Volunteer Fire Department in Hank's honor.
