She is survived by: her children, William Clifton Wiley, Jr. (Amanda) of Canton, Georgia and Tammy McGinnis Gossett (Billy) of Jasper, Georgia; her siblings, Charlene Phillips Williams and Wayne Phillips; her grandchildren, William Clifton Wiley, III, Nicole Ray, Victoria McCoy, Brittani Gossett, Colby Gossett (Hannah), Alexis Liles and Madison Gossett; and her great grandchildren, Cameryn Wiley, Jazmen Ray, Easton Riggs and Roenen McCoy.
