He is survived by: his friend Harley; his parents, Melba Phillips and Terry Phillips; his wife Melissa Phillips; his children, Hunter Phillips and Bailey Phillips; his brother Nick Phillips (Kellie); his nephews, Taylor Phillips and Grayson Phillips; and his grandmother Mary Cargle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
