He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Wesley and Nell Bell Arp of Virginia; and his wife Linda Breeden Arp. He is survived by: his children, Angie Arp of Griffin, GA, David and Connie Arp of Talking Rock, GA; his grandchildren, Britany of Talking Rock, GA, Brad Howard of Talking Rock, GA, Billy Fowler (Bree Williams) of Talking Rock, GA and Emma McDaniel of Talking Rock, GA; his great grandchildren, Braylen Howard of Talking Rock, GA, Maci Fowler of Ellijay, GA and Wyatt Williams of Talking Rock, GA; and his siblings, Claire Arp of Mineral Bluff, GA, Sybil, Robert Brown of McCaysville, GA, Morgan Arp of Blue Ridge, GA, Sid, Sharon Arp of Epworth, GA and Richard P. Arp of Mineral Bluff, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
