He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Clyde Lowe and Dora White Lowe; his son Denny Lowe; his siblings, Auby, Weldon, Coy Lowe, Geneva Martin, Emily Denson, Syble Brooks, Betty Rott, Willie Mae Turner and Patsy Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Christopher Cox and Allison Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Reece Lowe; his children, David Parks, Adam Lowe, Jean Cox and Joan McDonald; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Lowe, Gwendolyn Nealey and Sandra Wehunt; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Kelly Cox, Holly Johnson, Alisa Parker, Amanda Curtis, Ben McDonald, Jessica, Rebekah, Sarah and John David Parks; and his great grandchildren, Jordon, Sydney, Rylee, London, Jameson Cox, Ashton, Zoe Parker, Benjamin and Joshua Curtis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
