She is survived by: her mother Sara Jett of Chamblee; her children, Clayton (Dedria Sparks), Shane (Brandy Sparks) and Sarah; her son-in-law Dwayne Brown of Ellijay; her brother Emmons; her sister-in-law Ruth Boatfield of Lilburn; and her sisters, Linda Boatfield of Chamblee, Dee (Marc DeRaligh), Debbie (Denny Farley) and Faith Zilka of Chamblee. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will accept live plants or make donations to Children's Health Care of Atlanta.
