With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia M. Howell of Jasper, Georgia, who passed away on October 22, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ulysses. She is survived by: her sons, Victor Smith of Gary, Don Howell (Robin) of Chattanooga and Ulysses; her grandchildren, Joey Smith (Christi) of Talking Rock, Alyce Howell and April Howell of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Smith of Talking Rock, Ashton Smith of Talking Rock and Georgia Smith of Talking Rock. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Judy's family request donations be made to her home church, Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.
