He is survived by: his wife Rachel Howard of Jasper; his children, Phoenix Allen of Jasper, Nicholas (Nicole Howard) and Tammy Bradley of Jasper; his siblings, Johnny Homer (Karen Howard), Kenneth Howard of Jasper, Teddy (Terena Howard) and Carolyn Hazelwood; his close friend Frank Belknap; his sister Deborah Lynn; and his brother-in-law Harold Tidwell of Adairsville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
