He is survived by: his friend Janury; his children, Laura Chambers (Larry) and Jason Chadwick; his grandchildren, Matthew Chambers, Kristen White, Hayden Love, Kaitlyn Cain, Sydney Chadwick, Cooper Chadwick and Colt Chadwick; his great grandchildren, Zoie, Emalyn, Hazel, Liam, Malloreigh and Adelyn; and his siblings, Faye Worley (Rickey), Deborah Barnes (James) and David Chadwick (Sheila). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
