It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Copeland of Jasper, Georgia, born in Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Copeland; her parents, James Riley and Clara Bragg (Nix); her son G. Wayne Copeland; her daughter-in-law Kay Copeland; and her siblings, James Bragg, Frank Bragg, Charles Bragg, Jerry Bragg, Sara Wright and Madeline Ray.
She is survived by: her children, Perry Copeland (Angela), JoAnn Higgins, Gary Copeland (Patricia), Kay Rabeck (Bill) and Keith Copeland (Patricia); and her sisters, Martha Montgomery, Shirley Lowery (Bobby) and Annette Payne. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
