It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malcolm Drake Kemp Jr. of Jasper, Georgia, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Malcolm D. Kemp and Barbara Young Kemp; and his stepmother Esther P. Kemp. He is survived by: his brother William L. Kemp; his daughters, Cameron Kemp Caruso, Candace Kemp McCaffery and Loring Kemp; and his grandchildren, Lauren Nelson, Michael Caruso and Ryan McCaffery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the March of Dimes.
