She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carter Owens and Mamie Owens; her grandchildren, Nathan (Meghan Daniel) and Anna Laura (Chris Rhudy) of Johnson City, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Isaac and Mason; and her daughter Sybil Daniel.

In lieu of flowers, friends and family make donations to the Pickens County Boys & Girls Club.
