He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Clyde Low and Dora White Low; his wife Dorothy Low; his daughter Cheryl Lynn Low; and his siblings, Auby Low, Weldon Lowe, Jimmy Lowe, Coy Lowe, Patsy Armstrong, Willie Mae Turner, Geneva Martin, Emily Denson, Syble Brooks and Betty Rott.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Robert Low of Jasper and Debbie; his son-in-law Johnny Parks of Ellijay, Georgia; his daughters, Carmen Sutton of Gainesville, Florida and Cindy; his son-in-law Rick White of Jasper, Georgia; his daughter Christy Freyberg of Marietta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Scott Parks, Angie Williams, Sonya Thiessen, Kelley Reece, Megan Collins, Hannah Hutcheson, Chelsie White, Brittany Biles, DeLauren Brown, Chandler White and Keenan Freyberg; and his sisters, Gwendolyn Nealy and Sandra Wehunt. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
