She was predeceased by: her husband Coy Mullinax; her siblings, Elsie Fountain, Billy Long and Talmage "Butch" Long; her daughter Phyllis Diane Mullinax; and her grandson Jonathan Mullinax.
She is survived by: her son Ed; her daughter-in-law Dixie Mullinax of Cartersville; her son Audy; her daughter-in-law Sabrina Mullinax of Jasper; her grandsons, Stephen (Sarah Mullinax) and Andrew Mullinax; her great grandchild Cecila Wilde Mullinax; and her siblings, Crystal Fountain of Calhoun and Charlie Long of Ryo.
