She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Jarrett; her son Tracey Martin; her parents, Garnet Chumley and Lula Chumley; and her brothers, Bib Chumley and Bud Chumley.
She is survived by: her children, Timmy Martin (Veronica), Tony Martin (Jannett), Elizabeth Hostetler (Roy) and Jonathon Jarrett (Tasha); her siblings, Bernice Fountain (Jim), Charley Chumley (Sue), Ronnie Chumley (Joyce), Lawrence Chumley, Randy Chumley (Becky) and Johnny Chumley (Lucy); her siblings-in-law, Ricky Jarrett (Tammy), Jackie Jarrett (Gail), Shelia Chumley, Sheri Duncan (Warren) and Pat Chumley; her grandchildren, Nathan (Tori), Makayla (Luke), Chris (Janice), John, Thomas, Josh, Jessup, MacKenna, Mason, Tyson, Draven, Autumn, Alexis, Allie and Katelyn; and her great grandchildren, Raegan, Ava and Xzaevien.
The family will accept flowers or memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
