It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis E. Ragan of Jonesboro, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on July 27, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady D. Ragan and Lilla M. Ragan; and her brother Kenneth M. Ragan. She is survived by: her siblings, David Ragan and Mary Kathryn Gaddis; her nephews, Mike, Mark, Danny, Allen Gaddis and Mack Ragan; and her niece Jennifer Ragan Reynolds.
