It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David William Blake (Kennesaw, Georgia), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on October 22, 2018, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Neill Blake and Bill Blake of Marietta; and his brothers, Stuart Blake of San Francisco, CA and Richard Blake of Santa Fe, NM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to First Presbyterian Church of Marietta, GA, to the David Blake Memorial Foundation.
