She was predeceased by : her husband Homer Ellis Worthington Sr.; and her daughter Kathy Diane Worthington Hightower. She is survived by : her children, Dennis Worthington (April), David Worthington, Homer Ellis Worthington Jr., Joseph Worthington, Gwendolyn Worthington, Wanda Worthington Bonner and Yvonne Worthington Mulinx (Asa Mulinix). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren and numerous other extended family.
