He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Roy and Janet Weaver; and his siblings, Joe Weaver, Roy Weaver, Jr. and Charlene Edwards.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Weaver of Kingston; his daughter Mandy Weaver of Cartersville; and his siblings, Rudy Weaver of Kingston and Charlotte Monroe of Cartersville. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Mr. Weaver may be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
