He is survived by: his mother Colleen Kitchens; his siblings, Jesse Oliver, Valerie Evans (Robert), Christy Breazeal, Beverly Crowson (Alton Sivell), Dana Jackson, DeeAnn Duchesne (Paul Foster) and Dawn Kitchens; his grandmother Margaret Richardson; and his brother-in-law Kevin Addison (Donna).
