He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara Ann Kirby Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Robin Monan Ellis; his children, Amber Ellis Karr (Brett) and Caleb Scott Ellis; his grandchildren, Tinsley Karr and Hudson Karr; his father Casper Ellis; his sister Pepper Ellis Hagebak (Chris); his parents-in-law, David Monan and Gail Monan; and his sister-in-law Kelle Stewart (Jay). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request contributions be made to Releash Atlanta, P.O. Box 731, Flowery Branch, GA 30542 in memory of Mr. Anthony Scott Ellis.
