He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder T. Willingham and Velma Brown Willingham; his former wife Nell H. Willingham; and his son Ben Willingham Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Yates Willingham; his children, Chris Willingham and Linda Willingham; his grandchildren, Hank King, Gina King, Christy Willingham, Megan Willingham and Sarah Willingham; and his siblings, Buddy Norred, Bryant Willingham, LaVerne White and Mary Lane. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
