It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Richard Stargill (LaGrange, Georgia), who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Stargill and Willie Mae Moore Stargill; and his brothers, Luke Stargill, Sammie Stargill, Willie Jim Stargill and Willie Gates.
He is survived by: his children, Ramon Stargill of New York, Ricky Stargill of New York, Diane Cantey of New York and Dr. Daisy Cantey of New York; his siblings, Florence Raglin and Luther Stargill, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Ethel Stargill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
