He was predeceased by: his wife Becky Brown McPherson; and his son Justus McPherson. He is survived by: his parents, Alex Lee and Ila Bernice Cain McPherson; and his children, Laurie Aikens (Daniel), Sarah Bearden and Clint Bearden (Joanna). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
