He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kelley Fields; his sons, Shawn Fields (Laurie) of Allenhurst and Avery Fields (Sarah Roddenberry) of Richmond Hill; his brother Ken Fields of LaGrange; and his grandchildren, Cherish Fields, Ella Fields and Emma Fields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
