She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Buster Boyd and Mary Lou Howell Boyd; and her siblings, Frank Boyd, Willie "Sun" Boyd, John B. Boyd, Joe Henry Boyd, Sr., Carrie L. Bray, Rosie L. Dean, Ada P. Atcherson and Mary Lou Boyd Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald Boyd (Kim) of Davenport, FL, Deidre Stacks (Kenny) of Valdosta, GA, Cassandra Snelling (Michael) of LaGrange, GA and John W. Huzzie, Jr. (Nicole); her grandchildren, Reginald Boyd, Jr., Nicholas Boyd, Gabrielle Boyd, Jacqueline Boyd, Angel Griffin, Blake Williams, Cortney Williams, Mikayla Snelling, William Huzzie and Jordan Huzzie; her sister Annell Lindsey of Carrollton, GA; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Watkins of LaGrange, GA, Susie Schley of Jax, FL and Larry Huzzie of LaGrange, GA; and her close friends, Doris "Dot" Davidson and Jessie Delaney. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
