He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Mayer; and his daughter Barbara O'Loughlin. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Addison and Michael Mayer; and his grandchildren, Kevin Addison, Kathy Addison, Kym Addison and Jonathan Cannady. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
