It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Parmer Hester (LaGrange, Georgia), born in Randolph, Alabama, who passed away on March 26, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Matthew Parmer and Martha Jane Driver Parmer; and her husband Earl "Pete" Hester.
