He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leon Garner and Marian Slape Garner. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hall Garner; his children, Ronnie Garner (Rachel), Lorresa Cates (Jeremiah) and Kristie Mills; his brother Gary Garner (Helga); and his grandchildren, Gavin Cates, Jenna Cates, Ella Cates, Karlie Daniels, Noah Daniels, Cassie Kemp, Ashley Garner, Kyle Garner and Michael O'Brien (Kristy). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
