It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Scott of LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on December 31, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harvie Vaughn and Mary Ann Whitlow Vaughn; and her great-niece Megan Lindsay. She is survived by: her daughter Bobbie Ann Scott; her siblings, Wanda Duncan, Milton Vaughn (Kim) and William Vaughn, Jr. (Pam); her nieces and nephews, Russell Turner (Melanie), Wendy Bryant (Clayton), Michael Turner, Kelsey Duncan, Bill Vaughn III and Jeremy Vaughn (Jodi); and also, Marsha Lindsay, Colt Lindsay and Katlin Harris (Brett). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
