He is survived by: his wife Tonya Willingham Brisky; his parents, Manona Fulgum Hogan and William Thomas "Billy" Hogan; his children, Tabitha Bailey (Keith), Jacob Brisky and Chase Brisky (Chris); his grandchildren, Gracie Brisky, Allie Bailey, Alex Bailey, Zack Hilderbrand and Hunter Hilderbrand; his siblings, Connie Ford (Rusty) and Chuck Brisky; his sister-in-law Vicki Brawner (Johnny); and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Smith (Chris), Joni Clay (Zack), Brittni Willingham, Amy Welch (John), Shane Brisky (Sadie), Jonathan Brawner (Tasha), Josh Willingham (Sarah) and Caleb Willingham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
