She was predeceased by : her parents, William Moon and Ollie Orene Dewberry Moon; her husband Amos Daniel; her daughter Peggy Joyce Huff; and her siblings, Pete Moon, Marie Lee and Blanche Duke.

She is survived by : her children, Steve Daniel (Carol), Elizabeth Ann Brown (Wendell) and Connie Scarbrough; and her siblings, Charlie Frank "Buddy" Moon (Shirley) and Nancy Creed. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and extended family.
