It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Selvwyn Scarborough of LaGrange, Georgia, who passed away on December 30, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Sheppard and Edith Stephens Sheppard; her husband Howard Lane Scarborough, Sr.; and her siblings, Wayne Sheppard, Paula McClain and Cheryl Kniffen.

She is survived by: her children, Howard Lane Scarborough, Jr. (Christy) and Donna White (Ricky); her siblings, Melvin Sheppard (Linda), Annette Reason (Oliver), Janice Shelnutt (Sid), Mary Reese (Frank) and Martha Curtis (Danny); and her grandchildren, Adam Scarborough (Caroline), Laura Cummings (Jason), Scott Scarborough (Toni-Lee) and Will Scarborough. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
