We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2021, at the age of 70, Steven Edward Mills (LaGrange, Georgia), born in Cowen, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mills; his children, Tina Patrick (John) and Steven Mills, Jr. (Patricia); and his grandchildren, Matthew Mills, Lilly Patrick, Sabrina Patrick and Steven Mills III.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Troup County Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Mr. Steven Edward Mills.
