She was predeceased by : her parents, Judy Myrick Phillips and Charles Ander Phillips; and her brothers, Clay Phillips, Andy Phillips and Robbie Phillips.

She is survived by : her sons, Brandon Phillips (Taylor Cothren) of Lakeland, Georgia and David Olvera of Lakeland, Georgia; her grandchildren, Karson Phillips of Lakeland, Ander Phillips of Lakeland and Skylar Phillips of Lakeland; and her grandmother Hazel Stone (Ronnie) of Lakeland, Georgia. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
