It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Alecia Christner of Lakeland, Georgia, born in Willacoochee, Georgia, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Madison Sirmans and Mary Elizabeth Carter Selby; her son Gary Christner; her grandson Jason Christner; and her siblings, Brenton L. Sirmans and Anna Belle McCain.

She is survived by : her children, Richard Christner of Jacksonville, Florida and Jeanne Taylor of Salem, Oregon; and her nieces and nephews, Mary Anna Mathis (Hank) of Lakeland, Laura Lee Moran of Florence, Alabama, Marcus Hale McCain (Carmen) of Madrid and Larry McCain (Ruth) of Jennings, Florida..
