It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Segars (Lavonia, Georgia), born in Madison, Georgia, who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewitt Hart and Bessie Elizabeth Langford Hart; and her granddaughter Tonya Melissa Prince. She is survived by : her siblings, Harvey Hart, Alvin Hart, Bernice Hart, Cornelia Eavenson, Geneva Hendrix and Ruth Kay; her daughters, Judith D "Judy" Segars, Lavonia and Ruby S. Williams; her grandchildren, Jennifer P. Johnson and Jeremy Prince; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Len and Jerry; and her siblings, Joyce H. Boleman, Herman Hart of Royston and Horace Hart of Royston.
