She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Paul T. Stephens and Christine Johnson Stephens; and her brother-in-law John Chaffin. She is survived by: her husband David O'Brian Stewart; her daughters, Crystal S. Wimberly (Lance) and Amanda S. Jakubowski; her grandsons, Austin and Avery Wimberly; and her siblings, Jane Chaffin and Gene Stephens (Portia).
