He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Evan and Helen Freeze Blakley. He is survived by: his wife Lise Blakley of Lawrenceville, GA; his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Annette Blakley of Tulsa, OK; his sister Debbie; his siblings-in-law, Michael Reuter of Parkland, FL and Kae Robbins of Johnson City, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Shannon, Jason and Emily. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any animal rescue group or the Audubon Society.
