He is survived by: his wife Kendra Swanson Marzen; his children, Jennifer Marzen (Jeremy Cline), Shelby Marzen and Jeffrey Marzen (FaceTime); and his siblings, Patricia Hardesty, Kathy Czarnecki (Alan) and Bill Marzen.
Dave's initial COVID hospitalization lasted twenty-seven weeks and during that time, and since, the Men's Ministry of Sugarloaf United Methodist Church took care of the family's home and environs.
