He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Graff and Sara Ann Graff; and his sister Mary Beth Graff. He is survived by: his children, Nina Celeste Graff and Nicholas Edward Graff; his former wife Sandi O'Toole; and his siblings, Susan Graff McCarthy (Joe), Lynn Graff Thomas (Michael), James Graff (Laura) and Michael Graff (Angela). He is also survived by seventeen nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
