He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Mills and Aimee Jones Mills; his wife Wanda; and his daughter Karen. He is survived by : his son Robert of Lawrenceville, GA; his grandchildren, Tamara McNeice (Chris), PJ Morgan (Janna) of Benton, AR, Katherine Holt of Bauxite, AR and Sydney Mills Vincent (Jeffery) of Bauxite, AR; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Christian, Aiden, Madilyn, Mason and Alexander; and his siblings, Don Mills (Barbara) and Margaret Ann McDaniel.
