She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Udell Franklin; her children, Lanny Franklin, Jeff Franklin and Deborah Cunningham; and her parents, Clinton Eugene Montgomery and Ruby Estelle Harrison Montgomery.
She is survived by: her son Edwin Franklin (Natalie) of Lawrenceville, GA; her grandchildren, Nathan Franklin (Julie) of Loganville, GA, Jeremy Franklin (Debbie) of Lawrenceville, GA, Nicholas Franklin of Lawrenceville, GA, Rob Cunningham of Athens, GA, Elizabeth Cloud (Andy) of Houston, TX, Lanna Rudeseal (Shane) of Rome, GA, Caitlin Mealor (Brandon) of Bogart, GA and Courtney Adang (Mike) of Athens, GA; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Will, Anna Kate Franklin, Breanna Mealor, Cassi Mealor, Guinndalyn Cloud, Thomas Cloud, Helen Rudeseal and Julia Adang; her daughter-in-law Rev. Sandra Smith Franklin of Dalton, GA; and also, Theresa Bishop and Jana Swanson. She is also survived by her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
