It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Shane Counts (Lawrenceville, Georgia), who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son Philip Shane Jr.; his parents, Vickie Sabialeash (Derrick) and Philip Counts; his brother Kenneth; and his sibling's children, Riley, Ali and Zoe Shanks. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
